Poster, Fine Art, or Canvas? Find out which quality is for you.
– Poster Print –
The Poster Print is dedicated to customers who are not looking for art, but simply for high-quality poster print. Our poster cannot be confused with the mass produced posters that can be found on the market (bad quality). Every poster is printed with eco-solvent technology on hi-end EPSON SC-80610L printers (10 base colors/inks, UltraChrome GS3, carefully selected 140-200gsm papers), individually for each client. We guarantee 3 years of resistance to color fading when exposed to direct sunlight. In indoor spaces, prints will last much longer (10+ years) and they meet high health and ecological requirements.
– Fine Art Print –
Gallery Fine Art Print has a long life span confirmed by archival certificates required by the best museums and galleries. Our Gallery Fine Art Prints are perfect for bringing out the traditional “fine art” look in works. They are giclee printed using light-fade resistant archival pigment inks on Baryta, photo semi-matte or matte paper for beautiful color reproduction, high contrast and high resolutions. The paper is 250-310gsm and is resistant to light and time but not to fingerprint and scratches.
This gallery printing technology matched with special papers and pigment inks gives a collector's values, museum quality and archival durability - reaching hundreds of years (min. 100 years). Designed for customers who are looking for the sensation of touching real art. Some Fine Art prints (Limited Edition) may be hand signed by the artist and have a thin (1-2 cm depending on size) white passe-partout.
To print a giclee print, a 12 color inkjet printer squirts special pigments (not dyes) onto premium hight quality material. Because of the pigments and quality print medium, giclee prints demonstrate longevity with fade-resistant colors. Generally, we use a EPSON SC-P9500 printers for Fine Art printing.
What is the benefit of giclee Gallery Fine Art prints? The beauty of a giclee print is that each reproduction is as true to the original as possible, and a lot of that has to do with the 12 colors of the printer. Printers with 12 colors are better suited to accurately recreating the original look of the image.
Our Fine Art prints are based on pigments dissolved in water, they do not release any chemical compounds into the air, which is completely neutral to health and the environment.
– Canvas Print –
High quality print on specially selected canvas (min 330gsm) combining cotton and polyester, which gives incredibly intense colors, detailed reproduction and flexibility with high strength and moisture resistance.
These types of prints are designed for those looking for a fine art feel, with the natural texture of textiles - while not losing the quality and detail of the image. We are exceptionally fond of this medium and find it to be extremely good for artistically displaying our code-inspired images.
Prints on canvas are enlarged by the margin (5cm) needed to stretch them on the loom. We deliver them protected and rolled in a tube - ready to be framed.
